What are your regular business hours?
We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
How do I request a service appointment?

Will I have to schedule an estimate appointment and then a service appointment for repairs?
Speed and efficiency are two of our top priorities – we don’t want to waste our time or yours. Our team shows up to all repair appointments in well-equipped vehicles that carry everything we need to complete a job right away, so once we’ve assessed the situation and you’ve agreed to our proposal, we can get the work done straightaway.
Will installing new lighting or irrigation systems destroy my lawn or landscaping?
Some minor disruption is unavoidable during an installation service, but our team works hard to minimize the impact and leave your established lawn or landscaping in the best possible condition. If you have concerns about a specific area or feature, please let us know prior to the service so we can work with you to develop a plan to protect the area as much as possible.
Do you provide maintenance for existing outdoor systems?
Yes, we offer comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and replacement services for existing systems, whether they were designed and installed by us or not. From resurrecting old irrigation systems to fixing broken sprinkler heads to updating a lighting design, our team is ready to get to work to help you improve your property.
How often do I need to have my sprinkler system serviced?
In general, we recommend seasonal maintenance in early spring and late fall, paired with periodic inspection visits. The seasonal tune-ups allow us to find any problems before peak season and check for damage or problems prior to the off-season.
Can I install smart technology for my sprinkler system?
Absolutely. We are very experienced with modern sprinkler technology and can install, repair, and maintain advanced systems like RainBird Wi-Fi controllers, which you can control directly from your iPhone to manage your system from anywhere, at any time.
Will you create a custom irrigation plan for my property?

What should I do in an emergency situation, such as a burst irrigation pipe?
When an urgent issue arises, give us a call right away. We will do our best to talk you through manual troubleshooting and help you find the emergency shut-off valve, which helps protect your property until our team can arrive on-site.
